Assistenza economica
Vengono erogati contributi economici ai singoli cittadini italiani e stranieri, adulti e anziani, e ai nuclei familiari in condizioni di disagio economico. L’erogazione dei contributi ha lo scopo di favorire il superamento di situazioni di bisogno ed il contrasto dell’esclusione sociale delle persone e delle famiglie socialmente ed economicamente più deboli. Sono previste due tipologie di contribuzione: “Una tantum “, previo avviso pubblico annuale; straordinaria, legata a particolari emergenze vissute dal singolo o dalla famiglia debitamente documentate e finalizzata, cioe’ erogata per specifiche finalità in base al progetto personalizzato approvato.

Abbattimento delle barriere architettoniche
E’
previsto un contributo regionale a favore di persone disabili che intendono abbattere le barriere architettoniche nella propria abitazione. La Legge 9 gennaio 1989, n. 13 ‘Disposizioni per favorire il superamento e l’eliminazione delle barriere architettoniche negli edifici privati’ prevede un contributo economico per l’abbattimento delle barriere architettoniche nella propria abitazione, quali l’installazione di un ascensore o di un montacarichi, e l’adeguamento delle strutture interne o esterne ma pertinenti all’abitazione. Hanno diritto a presentare le domande di contributo, ai sensi dell’articolo 9, comma 3: i disabili con limitazioni funzionali permanenti di carattere motorio e i non vedenti; coloro i quali abbiano a carico persone con disabilità permanente; i condomini ove risiedono le suddette categorie di disabili; Le domande sono presentate dal disabile (o da chi ne esercita la tutela o la potestà) per l’immobile nel quale egli ha la residenza abituale e per le opere volte a rimuovere gli ostacoli alla sua mobilità.

Assegno di maternità
l’assegno di maternità è un intervento economico a favore delle madri che non hanno copertura contributiva nel periodo dell’astensione obbligatoria dal lavoro. L’assegno è concesso dal Comune ed erogato dall’INPS.
L’assegno spetta, per ogni figli nato, alle donne che non beneficiano di alcun trattamento economico per la maternità o che beneficiano di un trattamento economico di importo inferiore rispetto a quello dell’assegno.
Il beneficio viene anche concesso per ogni minore in adozione o affidamento preadottivo, purché il minore non abbia superato i 6 anni di età al momento dell’adozione o dell’affidamento.
